1. What is Instand Issue Checks?
Answer: Instant Issue Checks is a quick and cost effective method for you to receive the proceeds of their tax refund. Federal tax refunds are usually available within 3-12 days. With changes to the processing schedule at the IRS, federal tax refunds may be available even sooner. When the refund is received, all applicable fees are deducted and a paper check is printed.
2. What is (ACH) Direct Deposit Rapid Refund?
Answer: ACH Direct Deposit is a popular way for your clients with a checking or savings accounts to receive the proceeds of their tax refund. When the taxpayer's refund is received, we deduct all applicable fees and disburse the proceeds to the taxpayer's personal checking or savings account through Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct deposit .
3. What is Direct Deposit?
Answer: Direct Deposit is when you refund is deposited into your checking or savings account with no fees taken out because you pay the tax preparer up front.
4. How long will it take before I receive a check if I did Instant Issue Checks or ACH
Direct Deposit (from the bank)?
Answer: It can take up to 21 days or more to receive your refund.
5. What bank does KT&J deal with?
Answer: KT&J Tax Service checks is printed with Refund Advantage (MetaBank).
6. Where can I cash my check?
Answer: Refund Advantage Checks can be cashed at the following: ACE Cash Express, Safeway, Walmart, VCOM at 7-Eleven and other locations . (see the link Where To Cash Your Refund Checks).
